Are there limits on the number of users?

No. Every RavenOps plan includes unlimited users, so your entire team can collaborate without paying per-seat fees.

What if I already have a CRM or other business software?

That’s common. We’ll help you evaluate your current tools and determine the best migration strategy. Our goal is to simplify your technology—not add more complexity.

How long does implementation take?

Most businesses are ready to launch within a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the setup and any data migration requirements. We’ll provide a clear implementation timeline before we begin.

What happens after my business is set up?

Is there a contract?

Yes. All clients sign our Independent Contractor Agreement before implementation begins. The agreement outlines the scope of services, responsibilities, billing terms, and includes confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions to protect both your business and ours. You can choose between month-to-month or annual billing, with annual plans including two months free. If you have any questions before getting started, we’re happy to walk you through everything with you.

Yes. Verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are eligible for our Social Impact plan, which includes everything in our Scale plan at exclusive nonprofit pricing.

What are Usage-Based Services?

Some RavenOps features include third-party usage costs, such as phone calls, text messages, emails, AI conversations, premium integrations, or other services that are billed based on how much you use them. These charges are not included in your monthly plan and are billed separately based on actual usage. We believe in transparent pricing, so you’ll only pay for what you use—nothing more.
